Samuel L. Jackson is an American actor and producer who has appeared in over 150 films and television shows. He was born on December 21, 1948, in Washington, D.C., and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Jackson’s acting career began in the 1970s when he appeared in stage productions and small film roles.
